cRex applies Daze which cant be evaded, in contrary to the ability description

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug There is either a bug or a wrong description of Captain Rex, which says when Suppresing Fire is applied: "Inflict Tenacity Down, which can't be evaded, and Daze on all enemies for 2 turns. (...). As Daze is after the remark "can't be evaded" - looks like it can be evaded. So general rules for evasion apply. It looks like the mechanics ALWAYS apply Daze to opponents no matter of tenacity. My ISC and Gar were over 201% Tenacity, the particular cRex had 60% potency. When general rules applied - I should always evade this Daze. But did not. Tried several times and always Daze is applied. So - wrong mechanics or wrong description which does not correctly inform players what could happen. Needs correction from CG.

    Evasion causes the attack to miss/be dodged. This is completely different to debuffs being resisted, which is what I think you are talking about.

    That Tenacity Down sets your Tenacity to -999,900, so you don't have 201%. Your characters only have the base 15% chance to resist a debuff, which is why the Daze will nearly always apply.
