Summarize your bug Attempt refresh didn’t work, ended up costing me 275 crystals instead of 25 by the time it did.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am not sure this is really a bug so much as a glitch.

I went to refresh the attempts on 9A (Hard) and it didn’t refresh, so I tried again 2 to 3 or maybe more times. It did finally work, but cost 275 crystals to get the 5 more attempts instead of the 25 it should have. As such, could I please have a refund of the 250 crystals that should not have been taken from my inventory?
- @Tcrusher81 Hi, thanks for the report! This sort of thing can happen when your internet signal gets a slight delay and your client doesn't reflect the status on the server. When you think a button didn't work, try exiting that menu and reentering, which should force the game to show you the current status.
For a crystal refund, please contact customer support, and explain what happened, when, and how many crystals you lost, and they can usually assist players.
