Crystals Instead of My WAT LSB?

Almost an hour ago, I purchased the Era pass & the WAT LSB! When I reload my game on IOS and open my inbox, I found that there was an error with the purchase of the wat LSB. I'm not saying that errors don't occur in games, but as I can tell through other posts, I'm most definitely not the only one! I was also looking forward to using SEE with Wat in this GAC week, but it seems it won't happen anytime soon. =(
