Crystals lost due to connection error while refreshing hard nodes

Summarize your bug I had a connection error while i was trying to buy refresh on a hard node. I been charged for about 40 hard node refreshes, but only got 3 refreshes (one for each node). Not sure if you have any sincronization problem in there. I already contact support and they asked me to get 200 crystals because of this, which im not happy with.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1) While having around 9000 crystals i go to a hard node and try to refresh. 2) I hit refresh and got no response, so i keep trying a lot of times on the three nodes and i still got no response. 3) I checked my crystals just in case and i still got around 9000, so i keep pressing refresh and no response. 4) I got the connection error. 5) I connect my wifi back. 6) I go back to the hard nodes and the three nodes were refreshed. 7) I check my crystals and i got around 7K crystals.
