Crystals lost
Suddenly around 3000 crystals dissappear from my account... this happened 10 days ago. I didn't get any package or bought something, they just disappeared...

Change your password and keep an eye on it.
It probably was a case of quickly going through shipments and bought something for 3200 by accident and you didn't notice. Crystals don't magically disappear.
