Tried to purchase on the app. Clicked tap for purchase and then said time out. If you were successful you will see later. Then said you can't purchase again and disappeared.
Went to online store and clicked purchase three times and said error.
So far I haven't seen the contents of the package or a purchase...reboot and all...nothing . Doesn't SWGOH want my 5 dollars?
I can't even buy it. Keeps saying "Oops, something went wrong". Guess I'm gonna miss out on it
Similar issue.... I was able fix the issue by restarting my ipone and trying to buy the bundle in the app again. This time it said you have a transaction that is trying to process do you want to cancel it? I said yes and was able to buy the bundle with no issues on the online ea store.
Before I restarted the iphone I tried to buy it on the ea app on my computer and the online store and both said something went wrong try again later before they disappeared.

So I went to ingame store to buy CUP relic 9 for ROTE only 9 hours left.
I clicked on link and got error message "purchase is taking to longggg...."
When I searched again for CUP special the special is gone and only Ben Solo pack is available, no CUP.
I went to web store and clicked on CUP pack and got another ERROR message "oops, something went wrong!!!
Guess what, the CUP special pack is now missing from the web store as well.
I know the servers are buzy but something must be done about better purchasing options.
Why don't you introduce paypal and SKRILL like they do online gambling?
