CUP LSB disappearing

hello. im gona copy since english isnt my 1 language and i have the exact same problem 

I am trying to purchase the CUP LSB through the online store. Everytime it finally pops back up, when i hit confirm purchase it shows R2-Ds and says OOPS something went wrong. Please try again. Then the bundle disappears for about 10 minutes before i can try again with the same thing happening. I do not think i have actually been charged yet. Any help is greatly appreciated.
