Account hacked and guild lost TB rewards

My account has been hacked into, the hacker spent all of my saved omicron materials and ~4000 crystals, kicked every non-officer member out of the guild in the middle of TB, and support is giving me the runaround. I've already changed every password associated with the account, and the hacker is still getting in. What can I do, because at this point, I'm about to delete the account and be done with this company.
