EA QV TeamThe solution in this case was to cancel the pending purchase and reboot the game. That would have solved the issue. There is nothing else that EA Help can do for you now. CUPs LSB was only available for 24 hours and is no longer in store.
I tried this. It wouldn't go through. I also tried to buy this on the webstore which was on my desktop and had nothing to do with being in game. The same situation occurred. And it didn't have to do with my card being declined or anything, because I was able to buy the episode pass.
Can't I just be charged for the purchase and sent the pack? I tried everything to buy it on the day it was released, it feels unfair to be punished for an error that isn't my fault.
