Cx-2 Ascension bundle

Hello, I had an issue with the Cx-2 ascension. When I purchased the first paid tier it did not allow me to redeem the free tiers. After purchasing the $10 tier the entire ascension tile disappeared from my shop completely. It did give me the 10 Cx-2 shards for the $10 tier, but I still have not received any of the free tier rewards. There is no way of even viewing the ascension bundle for me now.
