Claiming error - Injector and Salvage Ascension

I bought the $9.99 Injector and salvage ascension bundle because it had 3 free rewards that I could use.  It took half the day for my payment to be accepted, and now I can’t even claim the free rewards by tapping on them.  It is trying to make me pay the next $14.99 skipping the free rewards I payed for.
