Cx-2 Ascension Disappeared before i could claim rewards

I just purchased the last tier of the CX-2 Ascension and the event disappeared before i was able to claim the final tier rewards. I was able to claim all other tiers, only the last is effected. Ally ...

Had the same issue. Reported it to EA Help online chat and they left me hanging. And I couldn't get CX2 ready for GAC.
