I currently have 281 character shards of CX-2 and the highest tier reward I have unlocked 6/7 “You should be more careful” rewards. I have also defeated 15 enemies with clone troopers characters however the 245 shard reward remains locked (see attached screenshot). The response I received from in game help is nonsensical (also attached). Please help me understand what the actual issue is or help me resolve this bug.

This issue only affects p(l)ayers that have more shards of CX-2 than Appo. At least 3 tiers of the character quest for CX-2 (245, 295 and 325) have been linked to the number of Appo shards instead of CX-2 shards.
People that already have Appo at 7 stars won't have this issue.
CG has not acknowledged this yet as far as I know, probably because it only affects non-whales that have managed to obtain more CX-2 shards than Appo ones.
Fix it
Same issue. I can claim the 255 milestone, but not the 245. Makes no sense...
