CX-2 character quest rewards

Question

I currently have 281 character shards of CX-2 and the highest tier reward I have unlocked 6/7 “You should be more careful” rewards. I have also defeated 15 enemies with clone troopers characters however the 245 shard reward remains locked (see attached screenshot). The response I received from in game help is nonsensical (also attached). Please help me understand what the actual issue is or help me resolve this bug.&nbsp;
