CX-2 rewards not claimable

I’ve completed all my character episode quests and have all the necessary shards for CX-2, but I can’t claim three rewards. ally code: 232-252-467

Same here with 330 shards. “Tech Support” told me they see zero CX-2 shards in my account (although I have a 7 star toon) and then unhelpfully referred me to this link.
