@CG_Kozispoon Thank you for your response. I just want to make sure you understand the player side of this. This has been a long standing problem that has made it very difficult for officers in the game, especially for the higher end guilds (which are your more dedicated players.) Frustration is building, and as there is more content coming, there is less time to be doing extra unnecessary things to maintain a guild. It is really important that this gets fixed immediately.
The biggest problem is that you have had months in order to fix this and it does not seem to be a priority at all. Noting it is on the bug list is not enough. We really need updates on what you are actually doing. And if you are not going to do anything about it because it is too much effort, then tell us. When we see bugs like "The First Order TIE Fighter ship unlock should now play the Generic Music unlock." coming up on the update fixes, but nothing about the 600 being addressed, you are doing yourself a disservice by making it seem like you don't care about the struggles of players.
You made a good step with the TB Officer Tools; please prioritize this next. You are seeing a lot of veteran players leave the game, especially officers, due to the amount of extra work that has to be put in. If you introduce new content and this is not fixed, you will be affecting more than just outlier cases because the additive out-of-game necessities to maintain a high end guild will become overwhelming.
