Unable to Access My Account

Hoping to get some help here. 

I am going out of town this weekend so I attempted to link my alt account to an old phone I have.

When I attempted to do that it gave me an option to “link” an account through EA connect. I ended up unlinking the account through ea connect (which I assume was my main account). I’m assuming that linked my iOS account (which was signed onto my alt) to my EA connect account which was originally linked to my main.

Now when I attempt to login to my main via the ea connect (email), or iOS, they all are connected to my alt account.

Even the webstore now goes to my alt account. The only way I am able to access my main is through HotUtils via discord. 

Now when I attempt to "unlink" via green button it is giving me the message "unable to UNlink account". 

I do not have any device that allows me to access my main account in any capacity. I am unsure on what to do. I have spent thousands of dollars over the last few years on this game and would really appreciate getting my account back.

  • This is all a mess because I have two different EA connect accounts. My Eaconnect account that has all my purchase history from my main account is somehow “linked” to my alt account for webstore AND when I try to login into game via EaConnect via “import account” after a fresh install. 

    When I use the second EaConnect account I get an error in the webstore and the “retry” green text box. 

    When I use the second EAConnect to try login into game (on phone, PC client, bluestacks) via “import account” I get the error message ERROR 9.0 and to contact support. 

    It’s like my main with ally code 454 -419-533 is not linked to anything. AND if it is linked to my second EaConnect account I have no way of knowing. 

    I can provide specific account emails if that helps

    NOTE; this EA account that I am posting on here is not the account that is giving me the above error message.
