We are aware that this can happen close to the reset time and are already looking into it.

This has happened to me twice now too. I contacted support and like they said they are working on it...just sucks though. Losing the rewards crate. I'm playing on my samsung galaxy fold 6 so im guessing it's affecting android and apple devices. Hope fully it's fixed soon.
