Daily surprise box issue.

I dont know if I am the only one having this issue with the daily website surprise box. But I claim it on the website, but once I go in the game, and check the inbox, I push the "Claim" button, but none of the rewards goes for me in the game. I thought it will be a bug for a day of two, but It is still active. I dont get the energy nor the bios for characters. 

I need help with these.
