Darktrooper Gideon consumable doesn't work

The consumable for te gideon preview doesn't work. 242-341-787

It won't summon him in battles where a summon can't occur. Sector 1 miniboss node does not allow summon units because it is designed as a raid encounter.

still no chance. should the hotfix really be available? darktrooper r9 doesn't work either. I've now blown 100 crystals for this *. the game is getting worse and worse.
