Hi @wull002b, and thank you for the report.
We've checked the logs available to us, and it appears that you need to complete Tier 1 of the event (light side). As @Barbarossa5 said, if there seems to be an issue with your game, please do a complete fresh install from the official sources (Google Play Store/iOS App Store).
