Jar Jar event is bugged

The jar jar event is bugged where jar jar's unique is not active and most importantly he does not get his 1000% evasion. This makes tier 4 almost impossible because darth maul will always one shot jar jar unless he has offense down. Because of this, I now have to wait another year until the event rolls around again before I finally get the character that I farmed for a year. Please fix this
