Darth Malgus Lightspeed Bundle Error

I got an error when I tried to claim the Malgus LSB in-game and received 5K+ Crystals instead.

My card was charged for the bundle and the items have not been delivered.

I tried opening up a ticket through the in-game help but nothing has come from it.
