Darth Malgus LSB webstore purchasing issue still not fixed

EA and CG, what the hell is wrong with you people!?

The forums are filled with people's posts relating their issues with making purchasing on the webstore, for days, and the issues are still not fixed, and they're not getting any help from you guys.

I've been trying to purchase the Darth Malgus LSB for the last 3 days, but whenever I click on the green Buy Now button, I get an R2D2 popup saying "Ooops! Something went wrong. Please try again.", and then the LSB disappears; I have to wait for a while, and it comes back, but whenever I go to buy it, the issue repeats itself every single time.

I purchased the other LSBs available this weekend with no issues whatsoever; it's only the Darth Malgus LSB causing issues. And I'm not the only one having this kind of issue; it's clearly related to how the Darth Malgus LSB was coded into the webstore.

EA and CG, get your act together and fix this issue; or are you guys not working on the weekend!? If that's the case, then why have sales events during the weekend!? Pure incompetence!!!

Hire competent professionals who care about their work and their customers; clearly you guys don't seem to care at all.

Still 2 days left on the Darth Malgus LSB offer, please fix that webstore issue, people want to buy that LSB.

If you don't want to fix the issue, gift me the Darth Malgus LSB to compensate me for my frustration; I've spent a lot of money on this game already ever since I've been a player, and I deserve it.
