Darth Revan Lightspeed Issues!!!

Good afternoon. I recently attempted to make a purchase for the Darth Revan lightspeed yesterday November 5th at 1:32 am eastern standard time. The webstore said my card did not work. Yet the money was still taken from my account. I was never sent a confirmation email with the receipt and order number and did not receive the lightspeed itself. Yet the money was still taken from my account as if the purchase went through as you can see. I purchased the lightspeed for my 2nd account under the name LordRaxle Ally code: 813-263-199. An officer recommended I post here and tag you EA_Gunner for assistance. As they stated you were very helpful with a similar issue they recently had. Would just like the lightspeed i attempted to purchase and get back to playing this awesome game. Hope to hear back soon and get this matter rectified.
