Darth Vader doesn't benefit from Offense or Crit Damage up while with Merciless

Summarize your bug While Vader has Merciless, he doesn't deal increased damage with Offense up or Critical Damage up. The game seems to think the damage increases from Merciless are the same as the ones those buffs grant.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1) take Vader into a battle, enter Merciless Massacre and hit a target with your basic 2) take Vader into the same battle, but this time with characters that can grant him Offense up and Critical Damage up (I recommend Starck and Palpatine). 3) grant him those buffs, enter Merciless Massacre again and hit the same target with your basic 4) see the damage is the same
