Datacron Visas Marr

 I had a datacron of Visas Marr that I used in defense during the GAC and in defense during the TW this weekend

this morning my datacron disappeared (I did not delete it because I always lock the level 9 DTCs) I had 3 advisors in chat and they told me that they could not do anything and that it was a bug. I had to wait. it is not possible to send me my Visas datacron? or a new Datacron Visa? I don’t understand especially since a new round of the GAC begins this evening

I should wait or contact a Swgoh community manager? what should I do and how?
