Still haven't gotten my Lightspeedbundle

I purchased the SEE 1 lightspeedbundle on the 30th of December, was charged for it and got an order confirmation I haven't received anything (not even crystals the pack was never even opened) to this day. My Allycode is 643869552 and the order number is 1010692687603. As you can see from the attachment I haven't received any toons in the bundle and I would like to get them.
