Revan doesn't work. He isn't applying the DM, it's a self applied when an enemy drops below 50% health.
Death trooper should be counting and if it's not, record it and submit it as a bug. Make sure you're not killing the toon with terminate, so the DM applies.
If you have JarJar, he is the fastest for the feat.
