Summarize your bug Deathmark is unexpectedly applied to attacker with any condition even though it doesn’t match the requirement of deathmark from the leadership of Darth Revan.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You can find any match from Darth Revan’s Squad, now. It happens after the recent update as of today.

We are aware of this and it has already been raised as a bug. There is a post about it on the official forum.
