    Hi @MisterTedious and thank you for the report.

    We've tested this today and reproduced what @crzydroid mentioned. Once the minions are respawned Deathmark does not apply, if both are alive.

    We are flagging this for further investigation and clarification.

I've noticed that if he summons new mooks, you can't do deathmark until you kill one again.

That sounds accurate, though it doesn't seem to make much sense. Thanks for the tip.
