I used Relic5 LST on General syndula. I saved 1.5 month to buy LST and very disappointed with result. In explanation of LST there is also upgrade character from 5* to 6* but my 85 shards are deleted...

Wait, that makes no sense. So you had general syndulla on 5* with 105 shards available which means if you manually upgrade her she would be 6* 20 shards left? And you used lst on her and want those shards to be refunded? That just not how it works bud. Everything fine, everyone is in the same bucket as it was intended. Rn you seems like a guy that is trying to scam CG for granting you extra shards for no reason
