device no longer compatible

Product: Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes
Platform:Android Phone
What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? Samsung Galaxy S7 SM-G930F
OS Version Android 8, G630FXXS7ETA8

What type of issue do you have? Other
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I cannot install or update to the new Client on the play store it always states This app is no longer compatible with your device The Phone is relatively new, Google play even states some of my older phones (older Note 3 are compatible) but they are no longer in my immediate possesion for use. I tried with an Samsung A3 yesterday but i got other connection problems, the A3 is a loan and has to be given back Thanks Shane

    Can you try to clear your Play Store cache to see if this helps?

    You should be able to do this by navigating to Settings -> Apps -> Google Play Store.

    @EA_UltraSlideThanks clearing the cache didn't work but via that method i tried the 2nd option and cleared the data and logged in again and the client has installed and is opening and downloading the rest of the content, Thank you for the solution
