Did get my Rogue one bundle 1 LSB

I bought all the bundles that came out and I just had so much time I didn’t even realize that they weren’t there until tonight as I was about to mod the characters. I received my Bad Batch, Tie/In Interceptor, Rogue One bundle 2 but I didn’t get the one with Cassian, KS20, Jynn so the $9.99 one.

I opened an in game ticket and tried to talk with EA support and nothing so far. I don’t even want the refund, I just want to either get the characters and if it isn’t possible I’ll take the refund and if I can have an option to buy again.
