Did not get era compensation

I’m in the same boat, although I think it’s just an error and not related to the extra life event. I have 4 era characters at 7 stars and era level 70 that I can’t upgrade, because I didn’t receive any Mk III era materials in the make-good update and now the store is gone. Hundreds of dollars spent on this era and in-game support just says it’s not their problem and refuses to do anything further. This really needs to be fixed… Ally code 135-735-889

Support just closed my ticket again, didn't fix anything. This is really frustrating as we only have 17 hours left. We need a dev that can actually do something ASAP

Also never received the era make good, got the era pass and my toons are 5 stars. How did their make good leave a worse taste in my mouth?

I didn’t get the compensation either. I messaged support 8 days ago and didn’t get a reply until today. “Did you check your inbox?” Seriously… I also messagedCG_Meathead​, 5 days ago. No response. Normally, I wouldn’t make any fuss about it but this is kind of a big deal. Lower relic levels, lower era currency for a week before the end of the era due to being lower leveled, no mats converted during the next era and a lower final rank.  I suppose that while I’m here I’ll also add another technical issue. I simulated the last blue signal data node 60 times on the 3x drop day and didn’t get a single blue signal data. Plenty of the green though. If the drop rates are 1/3, that is like 1 in 36.7billion chance of happening. Can we get this resolved?

Still no fix and no answer from support, really leaves a bad taste in your mouth to treat paying customers this way without even pretending you care about fixing the problem
