Did not receive Chewy lsb

I purchased the chewy LSB on the webstore and did not receive it.   My allycode is 938-258-319.  If I could receive my purchased lsb that would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you

The second order failed. check your order status on EA App > Order History

Can I please get the Chewy LSB put back on the webstore or in game so I can purchase it since the transaction failed when I tried to purchase it and it no longer shows up for me now.
