Did not receive Conquest rewards

I already contacted EA Help, but no answer so far.

I did not receive my conquest rewards, as you can see if you check my account:

Managed redbox in the conquest, but only got the 20 dark rey shards i bought during the conquest:

i do not have a screenshot from the last conquest and my rewards, but i am sure you will find my information valid if you check.
