I purchased the masker kenobi lsb 1 along with the other lsb's that were available on 9/9/26 did not receive master kenobi 1 contents to my account. Shows payment went through paypal. It did say the items would be added to the account once payment had finalized.

Purchased JMK bundle and didn’t receive, got crystals sent instead, tried restore purchase but says transaction in progress is this being fixed
I have checked the in game settings menu and there is not an option to restore purchases. I have the order number from the paypal receipt that i did not receive in the game 1005512045277
I purchased the Master Kenobi LSB 2. When I went to claim it in-game I was given crystal instead of the bundle content. Could I get this correct so I get the contents of the bundle that I paid for please. I have also attached proof of purchase

Hello, so today I bought the Kenobi LSB’s but instead of the characters I got 3400ish crystals per lsb from the purchase. What can I do to get the Characters I paid for ????? Has anyone experienced this bug before ???

Could you try restoring purchases in the settings menu and let me know if that makes your items show up?
Bought the LSB on IOS through the website webstore, but when i logged in i got crystals instead. I have made a ticket in the game help menu. Hopefully i will get an answer through there, but wanted to post it here as well, so they know.
