After almost a week of support going in circles with me claiming that I did receive my rewards (I didn’t) they’re now claiming that I never redeemed a gift card to begin with. I’m losing my mind rn!
I gave them until Monday to fix it. The run around is insane. After that I will report to any agency or social media platform or whatever I can find.
