Countless people have lost accounts. Countless people have not received rewards from the promo. Personally, I have spent more time trying to troubleshoot for my guild mates than EA or CG has.
the best course of action is never spend money on this game. Ever. If you spend money on this game from this point on, it’s on you. Not them.
