Did not receive my order

Hi,

So I bought a LST bundle (Sith Eternal Light Speed 1) to boost my account since I’m a returning player after 6-7 years. I bought it via web store and when I went into the game I got crystals instead.

Can’t be right? Who do I contact since I haven’t got any reply from the EA Help in game yet…

Hope you guys can help me out since I want the characters and not crystals…

For now I haven’t touched any crystals and downloaded my order history
