Bought R2-D2 LSB got crystals instead

I am writing to report an issue with a recent purchase in SWGOH.

I purchased the R2-D2 Lightspeed Bundle II on January 10, 2026 for CHF 20.00, but I did not receive the advertised character upgrades.
