Did not receive sith eternal emperor bundle 2 item and got crystals instead

Just purchased the sith eternal emperor bundle and did not receive any of the characters I was supposed to! It gave me crystals as compensation instead! I would still like my characters or a refund! My ally code is 555-312-665. I was going to buy the other bundles but now I’m not sure cause I’ve seen so many people complaining about this!!!
