Did not receive swgoh apple gift card rewards

I bought a $25 target gift card online on May 6, 2024, for the SWGOH promotion. I received the gift card money in my apple account but I never received the in game rewards for the promotion. How do I get these rewards?

    @darthnessab Please reach out to EA Help or Apple support. We're not dealing with the promotion in this forum.

    Im having the same issue and support has stopped speaking to me. I have explained the issue and they said it’s Apples’ (it’s not) problem then stopped responding and left the ticket open so I couldn’t open a new one.
