    @PilsburySwolboy You need to reach out to EA Help or Apple support. We're not handling the promotion on the AHQ forum.

    I did reach out to them. They have not responded to me for 3 days. They won’t close the ticket so I can open another one to get someone that will actually help me , because this person will not help me. Not sure if it matters but it says his name is Rohit.
