Did not received Kneesa LSB

I just bought the Dr Aphra bundle and instead of the actual reward, I just got crystals 🙄

I assume it’s yet another bug and will be sorted 🤞

Same issue here, I was charged, no rewards ingame, not even the crystals others have posted about. Best of luck to you as they haven't acknowledged mine for 2 days so far 

Almost the same issue here, I bought the jabbas entourage LSB and received a couple crystals instead of the chars, the Jawa and Tusken LSBs went through without any problems. Ally Code: 536-748-287

So I’ve basically been told, “you got £50 worth of crystals, so nothing is wrong”

looks like I’m going to have to see if PayPal dispute centre agrees with them or me with this one.

Provide your ally code and EA_Gunner should be able to help

Looks like a lot of us are having the same issue, hopefully they are working through the backlog now to resolve. I haven't had any acknowledgement on my post from Friday but here's hoping...
