Did not recieved any content when buying Depa Billaba Bundle 2

I bought the "Depa Billaba Bundle 2" but I did not recieved any content in the bundle. The transaction has been completed from the bank. Anyone else having this problem? What can I do to get the c...

    So I got a reply form "Takatiba" on EA Help. He says i got 4324 crystals instead.

    I bought a package with 30 shards of Depa, 5 Omicrons + some gear. 
    And with those shards I am able to complete some levels on the ongoing Depa event.

    Very nice support when I decide to spend money on the game...
