Didn’t receive my Apple gift card bonuses

I also purchased the Apple Gift card ($25) from Target website and although I redeemed the gift card, I never got a prompt or pop-up to redeem the SWGOH bonus content. Please advise!

    Any updates on this EA? CG_Meathead​

    I reached out to EA help in app and on the EA website but they both tell me to reach out to one or the other.
