I purchased the episode pass from the online store on 10/20/26. As the title says I didn’t receive the pass. It has been 4 days and ea help will not answer. What do i need to do? Charge back on my card. This is getting ridiculous. I posted here and no one answered.

I also am currently being screwed over by this! Now risking potentially missing out on this marquee unit and the upcoming GL release because i don’t have the episode pass that I purchased day 1… I made a post as well. Hopefully somebody sees this and assists!
It’s ridiculous. Then if you charge back fir not receiving they want to ban you.
