Didn't get Disguised Clone Trooper Shards from T1 battle

I bought the episode pass (20shards for DCT) and then finished Tier 1 of the Marquee Event. The game crashed after the win but before the rewards.

After the forced restart the battle is shown as finished and won, the rewards as collected and all related quests as well.

But I didn't get any shards. So now I'm missing out on Tiers 2 and 3 for the rest of the event. This means, the crash/ restart costs me 105 shards of the latest marquee? 

Support didn't help as well, so this is my last hope...
