Didn't get KX Droid $30 Bundle but got Charged

Hello,

I purchased the $30 KX bundle from my IOS device, it said purchase was successful and charged me $31.64. I did not receive any crystals or bundle rewards. I hit restore purchases twice in game and nothing. The bundle in store is still showing up as something I can purchase. I am missing out on daily rewards due to this as my KX would be 5* as I am currently at 41/65.
